Two brands, one standard

We run great restaurants — whatever's on the menu.

Qdoba and Cheba Hut have more in common than you'd think — two proven brands with a quality-focused growth mindset, both appealing to a broad and expanding demographic. While we honor the culture of each brand, we run every restaurant with the same operating discipline. No compromises.

Growth strategy

We cultivate growth — by acquiring and building.

We grow two ways — by acquiring restaurants and by building new ones — and we own them for the long term.

80+
Committed development units across our brands, over the next ten years.
2×
More than double the current portfolio — territory already secured for the decade.
Qdoba & Cheba Add-Ons
We're actively seeking to acquire additional Qdoba and Cheba Hut restaurants.
Select new brands
We'll additionally consider acquisitions in other brands with a positive long-term outlook and attractive four-wall economics.
Built for the long term We're long-term owners, not short-term flippers. Every restaurant we acquire or build is a lasting commitment — to the brand, the market, and the people who run it.
